1. How can I return my order?
If you bought your product on decathlon.ch and you aren’t 100% satisfied, you can send us the article back or return it in one of our stores.

2. How am I reimbursed?
The amount will be refunded on the payment method of your choice or on your account. When you’ve ordered by invoice, we will deduct the amount on your invoice.
3. How fast will you refund me?
The refund or credit note on your account will be done after we received your parcel.
4. How fast will my order arrive?
Once your order has been confirmed, it takes about 4 working days for the delivery of an article available immediately. For an item from our central warehouse, it takes about 12 business days.

5. I cannot log into my account. What can I do?
You can set your password back in "your account"". Click on “You don't have or you forgot your Password?”. You receive a link by e-mail with the further instructions.
6. I receive payment reminders. What can I do?
If your invoice has been paid and all information has been correctly entered, but you still receive a reminder, please send a proof of payment by e-mail to our Payolution department (email@example.com) or our customer service.
