      Dear Decathlon-Team,

      on your internet-site you have four ways to pay an online-order. Behind three of the four choices there are several clicks to pay. For paying cash in your store for an online-order there is only one click - and it is done. No way back!!!!! That is horrible, if you first check out how payments-ways work online. PLEASE, at least give the chance to UNDO the click!!! The idea to pay cash next door, would be such a good security idea, if the only one of your stores in Switzerland would not be at the other end of the country. The trouble to bring the story to an end prepares you mentally for the "Iron Man Hawaii".

      Second, why is a bath-towel-poncho in your online-store ordered from Switzerland 10 Euros more expensive than ordered from a PC in France? It is cheaper to let friends in France make the order and fetch the parcel next time on holiday 1 mile across the border.

      You are right, the process you mentionned was not ideal and we decided to leave this option active only for customers who live close to the store.
      I'm sorry if it caused you any inconvenience.
      About the price of the Bath Poncho Towel, we really try to stay closer as possible to the french price but for a matter of customs and taxes, it's not always possible for every articles for now on.
      Our prices are set to evolve in the coming months and we try to find the best solutions to give you the best prices.Let me know if you need any further information.

      Pathetic service .. Its been almost 3 weeks since I order from Decathlon but till now I have not received my order.

      I'm sorry to read that you still don't have your order!
      With the tracking link you received by email, I can see that the Post has returned your order back on September 26 (so 5 working days after your order) for the reason Distribution unsuccessful.
      You may want to contact them to know if they still have your packet and if there is any problem with your delivery address.
