      We always like Decathlon shops, and have been a customer for many years. Now on top of the shops in France we can access online in Switzerland. That is great when we have no time to visit a shop.

      I've beef using decathlon.ch website.
      Why does the next question in this form ask me about decathlon.com.AU experience?
      The website is extremely slow. If I wasn't a customer of decathlon before, I would probably leave the site without buying just because it is hard to use.
      I ordered 600002474 on May 28 and it promised up to 10 business days delivery. It is June 17 and I still didn't get it, the parcel was sent to delivery only on June 16 and is apparently missing one item since it was not in stock.
      Not going to use the website again in the nearest future.

      I am very sorry to hear about your bad first experience you had with Decathlon. You are right, some of our orders had been delayed by many days caused by technical issues in our warehouse. My sincere apologies that we did not warn you in time about the long delay. 
      Also about our webpage you are right. From time to time it is very slowly - for example when our IT team is working on it. The paradoxum, they are working on it to make it actually faster ;) 
      After having a look in my backoffice I am happy to hear that your order had finally been delivered today.
      Despite all these problems, I hope you will give us a second chance one day. Please never hesitate to contact the customer service for any problem or question.

      As already commented, the Neoprene suit is very small. I bought a size 10 for my average sized 7 year old son, and it did not fit. I returned it and ordered a size 12, I have not received it yet, but I hope it fits this time.

      I am very sorry to hear that the Neoprene you have ordered did not fit your son. You are right, as we are an international company our sizes run rather smaller than bigger. I am very sorry about the inconvenience.

      Thanks a lot for you feedback. You are right, in the last time the delivery to Switzerland took longer than normally. I am very sorry about the inconvenience. Unfortunately this was caused by technical issues our warehouse had to face the last weeks. Luckily these issues have been solved today which will reduce the delivery time of our products in future.

      So happy Decathlon is finally delivering in Switzerland, I had a small delivery issue so I got in touch with a lovely girl that helped me out in no time! The product is as good as expected! I was so scared not to receive in on time so I bought one similar product in a pharmacy, I paid 3 times the price for half quantity... So YES I'm happy with my shopping!

      The delivery was a bit delayed but the bike still arrived at a reasonable time. But there is some disappointment regarding the bike itself : I experienced some problems with the gears right away. Some gears don't work and I need to have them checked by a professional.
