Our teams' know-how:
Our workshops are specialised in servicing and repairing electric bikes sold by Decathlon. We have available the equipment and unique know-how for intervening on the most widely available electric bike systems (Bosch, Shimano STEPS, BROSE, ...).
Check and update software:
Once your bike is connected to our tools, we can check the working order of the electric bike system's components. If an error has occurred on one of the components, or if the latest version is too old, we will be able to update it, helping to improve its use.
Software updates have to be regularly done for several reasons:
- Fix bugs detected after the operating system was put on the market.
- Improve the performance of one of the system's component (improve motor performance, greater progressiveness, enhance battery life).
- Add features to an existing system.
- Check compatibility of elements when a new component is added to the system.
Mechanical inspection:
- We inspect your electric bike's riding position and steering parts and perform adjustments to ensure they are fastened tight.
- Hub fastening and truing wheels. - Fork inspection.- Check-up and adjust braking and drivetrain system.
We also include lubricating the bike chain and check the tyre pressure.
