The carbon monocoque frame is produced using advanced Double Mold Monocoque Technology (DMMT), increasing structural strength by up to 20% without adding weight. Carefully aligned carbon fibers allow stiffness to be applied exactly where needed, maximizing efficiency and responsiveness. In size M, the raw frame weight is just 985 g, offering a clear advantage in climbing, acceleration, and sustained high-speed riding.
Aerodynamic, Integrated Design
Aerodynamic efficiency is enhanced through a clean, fully integrated design. The IRC (Internal Routing Cables) system routes all cables internally, reducing drag while delivering a sleek, race-focused aesthetic. The Ultimate Carbon Aero seatpost further improves airflow while maintaining comfort and compliance for long and intense rides.
At the front, a 1.5″ integrated head tube is paired with a tapered carbon fork weighing only 390 g, ensuring precise steering and exceptional stability during sprints, fast cornering, and descents. The PressFit 86 mm bottom bracket increases torsional stiffness and optimizes power transfer under heavy load.

8AVIO ULTIMATE is equipped with the Shimano Ultegra Di2 12-speed electronic groupset, delivering fast, precise, and reliable shifting in all riding conditions. The 52/36 crankset paired with an 11–34 cassette provides race-oriented gearing with enough range to handle steep climbs and high-speed efforts alike.
Braking duties are handled by Shimano Ultegra 8170 hydraulic disc brakes, offering powerful, consistent stopping performance and excellent modulation. The 160 mm front and 140 mm rear rotors ensure confidence and control during aggressive riding and technical descents.
Wheels & Components
Depending on configuration, the bike is equipped with high-performance carbon wheels, such as ITM FUGA 40 / 55 or Ursus Carbon TC37, delivering an ideal balance of low weight, stiffness, and aerodynamic efficiency. Paired with Vittoria Zaffiro Foldable 700×25 tires, they provide smooth rolling, dependable grip, and long-lasting durability.
Rider comfort is completed by the San Marco Short Fit Wide Open saddle, designed to support both intense race efforts and longer endurance rides.
