Le produit est très bien, seulement, attention à vos poignées quand vous n'en faites pas souvent, un mauvais coup peut vite vous retourner le poigné en arrière.

Punch mitt not stable
Looks good but when there is impact the mitts sway the grip is poor when holding so your wrist has a lot more pressure even when tap. The resistance is very poor it's very uncomfortable to hold escpically when some is throwing 1-2s, and that's not full combinations. When it's full combinations the mitts movement is too much not stable enough. If
