BCAA Instant from SPONSER® is a micronized and instantised powder for preparing/mixing into sports drinks or shakes. The branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) leucine, isoleucine and valine, combined in the advantageous 3:1:1 ratio, belong to the essential amino acids which the body cannot produce itself.
Function & application BCAA Instant is equally suitable for use in strength and endurance sports. BCAAs are especially needed and metabolised during physical exertion. BCAA Instant permits the supplementation of drinks or shake in a targeted manner to delay the breakdown of the body's own amino structures, and thus support the build-up and maintenance of muscle mass.
