HFI Longe Technic Gum Ring – Safe Lunging with Controlled Flexibility
The HFI Longe Technic Gum Ring is a smart and safe solution for riders who want to lunge or tie up their horse in a controlled manner, especially for horses that tend to break loose. This innovative rubber intermediary offers controlled elasticity, absorbing sudden pulling forces and significantly reducing pressure on both the horse and the equipment.
During use, the elastic action dampens shocks and jerking movements, which increases comfort for the horse and limits the risk of injury. When the maximum stretch limit is exceeded, the gum ring intentionally breaks on the horse's side. This ensures the lunge line safely retracts towards the attachment point and does not get caught around the horse – a thoughtful safety mechanism that helps prevent accidents.
The clear marking “wall/head” ensures that you always attach the gum ring correctly, which is essential for safe operation. Suitable for use during lunging, tying up, or in the grooming area with strong or sensitive horses.
A practical tool for riders who prioritize safety, control, and equine welfare.
Why choose the HFI Longe Technic Gum Ring:
Elastic dampening: absorbs sudden jerking movements Safe breaking point: breaks controllably on the horse's side Protects horse and equipment: reduces tension and risk of injury Clear marking: correct and safe attachment Suitable for strong horses: prevents breaking loose Practical in use: easy to integrate into existing setup
