Upon receipt of your return and after verification that it is in perfect condition, we undertake to issue your refund within a maximum of 4 days using the same payment method used for your purchase.
You may return your item within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. To obtain a prepaid return label, please log in to your Decathlon.ch customer account and go to the “My Purchases” section. Click on the order you wish to return, then click on “Make a Return”. Follow the steps: this will automatically send your return request to BeBikeen. Within 72 working hours, you will receive a return label along with the documents required for shipping from Switzerland. If you cannot find this option or if you would like more information, you may also contact Decathlon.ch customer service. You may then drop off the parcel at the UPS drop-off point of your choice. ⚠️ For returns from Switzerland (outside the European Union), a customs document is mandatory. This document will be provided together with the return label. Please print it and attach it to the parcel in order to avoid customs delays or additional charges. The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging, without having been used or altered. It must be in perfect condition, both functionally and aesthetically, and perfectly clean, with no signs of wear or dirt. All accessories, manuals, labels, documents, and any other items supplied with the product must also be returned in full. Please ensure that the parcel is carefully packaged in order to avoid any risk of damage during transport. The packaging must be sufficiently strong and protective to guarantee delivery in perfect condition. Receipt of the compliant parcel will initiate the refund process. Returns of BeBikeen products are not possible in Decathlon stores or warehouses.
BeBikeen products purchased from Decathlon benefit from a two-year warranty starting from the date the customer takes possession of the product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the proper functioning of the bicycle under normal use by a child. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, improper storage, as well as damage resulting from an accident, impact, or inappropriate use are not covered by the warranty. For any warranty-related request, the customer must provide: * proof of purchase (invoice), * a description of the issue encountered, * explanatory photos or videos. After assessment, BeBikeen will, at no cost to the customer, proceed with either the repair, the replacement of the affected part, or, if necessary, the replacement of the product.
Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days Delivery is handled by UPS. Customs duties are covered by us, therefore no additional charges will be billed to you.
