Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The return address is located outside Switzerland. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will provide you with all the necessary instructions to complete the return process correctly. Once the return has been authorized, the package must be sent to the specified address using a tracked postal service with a tracking number. We recommend keeping the proof of postage until the return has been received and processed, as it will allow the package to be located in the event of any issues during transit. Return costs may be deducted from the refund amount, up to a maximum of CHF 7 for standard parcels and up to a maximum of CHF 49 for bulky items, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
