We primarily ship our products with Mainfreight. The processing time is generally 1 to 2 business days before the order is dispatched. For deliveries to Switzerland, we apply an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days. All products are delivered to the door, unless different arrangements have been made with the delivery company. Delivery is generally made to the ground floor. Customs duties are covered by us, so no additional costs will be charged to you.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.
