After receiving the returned item at our warehouse, we verify its compliance with our return policy before issuing a refund.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item, you may submit a return request within 30 days after delivery via our Decathlon Marketplace customer service. Please indicate the reason for return (material or manufacturing defect, or other reason) and the original order number. We will then provide a return shipping label at your expense, and you may return the product within 10 days after the request. A refund will be issued to your original payment method after receipt of the return. VIP FISHING does not accept returns of dirty, damaged, or used products. If received in such condition, the item will be sent back to you at your expense. All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
All our products benefit from a 24-month commercial warranty from the delivery date.
Carrier: DPD Incoterm: Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), all import duties and taxes included and covered by the supplier. Delivery time to Switzerland: maximum 5–7 working days (excluding customs clearance delays).
