Cleaning, washing and storing your backpack
After each hike, empty your bag completely, open all the zips, and turn it inside out to shake out any dirt. Use a soft brush to get rid of dried mud or debris. Once a year—or after a particularly muddy or sweaty trip—give it a deeper clean: hoover the inside, wash with warm water and mild soap, then let it dry naturally. Always store your bag in a dry place to help prevent mould from forming.
Repairing your backpack
If part of your backpack is damaged, you can find spare parts and accessories on our Technical Support page. Spare parts are also available in-store—just contact your local store directly. For minor damage, a self-adhesive repair patch (available in-store or online) can do the job.
