2- year warranty
Our two-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase, ensures we’ll support you with any item that proves defective or does not meet our standards of quality and value.

Our Quechua global design centre, where our shoes are designed, is based in Passy, at the foot of Mont-Blanc in Haute Savoie, the perfect location to create and test high-quality outdoor products.
Tested in real-world conditions
To ensure they meet your needs, Quechua products are tested in the countryside under the same conditions you’ll come across while enjoying the outdoors. Our teams, as well as a panel made up of partners, ambassadors and customers, test, analyse and refine products throughout their development until they go to market.

Made to last
Laboratory tests were also conducted to test the following elements: tearing eyelets and straps, glueing, toxicology, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of outsole and upper components, accelerated ageing. These tests allow us to improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear of our hiking shoes.
