The BenchK fixings combine a high-quality nylon plug (grey) and a red expansion component that deploys to provide superior mechanical strength. The combination of materials ensures durability, wear resistance and secure retention of the fixed elements.
Anti-rotation system and mounting safety
The plug features a laterally serrated shape preventing any rotation during installation. The screw profile and driver shape limit the risk of slipping out of the hole and reduce tightening errors, ensuring a safe installation for ladder walls (Sprossenwände).
Compatibility and use
These sets are designed for a wide range of substrates: concrete, solid stone, silicate, aerated concrete, hollow or solid bricks, plasterboard and particle board panels. They are compatible with different types of screws (wood, panel, suspension) and are suitable for BenchK models 110, 210, 310, 410, 510 and 710 depending on the set.
Dimensions and variants
The stated plug dimensions are 10 x 80 mm. The kits are available as 8-piece sets (for BenchK 110/210/410/510) and 12-piece sets (for BenchK 310/710), each set including matched screws and plugs in grey/red.
Installation advice
The choice of screw length must consider the plug length, the thickness of the fixed element and the screw diameter. When fixing to panels, ensure that the unthreaded shank of the screw does not exceed the thickness of the fixed element to guarantee proper holding and secure fastening.
