To return a product, please register your return in your Decathlon customer account under «My Purchases». Standard returns: You cover the return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g. smaller products up to 30kg). We will send you an unfranked return label. With this label, you save CHF 1.50 on shipping costs at the Swiss Post. Bulky item returns: For bulky items (e.g. particularly heavy or large products), we will either organize the return shipping for you or send you a suitable return label. A return fee of CHF 49.– applies, which will be deducted directly from your refund. Example: For a product priced at CHF 200.–, we will refund CHF 151.–. Important note: Please make sure the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documents inside the package.
In the event of a proper return of goods, we will refund you the price paid for the returned products after inspection. The refund will always be made using the same payment method as the original order.
You can return the products to us within 30 days. To do this, please contact Decathlon Customer Service. The period begins on the day you receive the goods. The following items are excluded from returns (not including warranty claims): - Used items (including used or activated fitness equipment or electronic devices) - Items missing the original packaging or with damaged/missing accessories - Damaged items (the warranty provisions remain unaffected)
