Enjoy the snow, we take care of the maintenance! At the end of your rental period, simply return your equipment to any Decathlon Switzerland store. (For seasonal rentals, returns are to be made by April 30th, 2027 at the latest).

Frequently Asked Questions
Accidental damage guarantee is 100% included in our rates! Just remember to take good care of your equipment. In case of loss or theft, regardless of the reason and/or cause, the equipment will be invoiced to you at its new value.
The rental does not cover the hypothesis of lost or stolen equipment. In this case, you will be held responsible for reimbursing the product's amount at its new value.
We trust you! No deposit is required for your rental.
To easily validate your rental, you only need a Decathlon account. When you register, your ID will be directly recorded on your profile to secure your rental.
You can pick up your equipment the day before the 1st rental day from 4 PM and return it on the morning following the last day before 11 AM. The equipment must be returned clean, in good condition, and by the scheduled date. A fee of CHF 15.- will be charged for items returned dirty or with missing barcodes. Any delay will be counted as an additional rental day for daily rentals.
You can change the size of your product during the season if it is no longer suitable. A price adjustment may be requested in case of a range change.
Items rented for the season must be returned no later than April 30, 2027. After this date, a late fee of CHF 10.– per week will be applied. In case of non-return, the equipment will be charged to you.
A refund is only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate (unfitness for sport), to be submitted within 21 days after the start of the contract. After this period, it is not possible. You will need to provide your rental agreement and your customer number to be reimbursed.
Absolutely. After each return, our equipment passes through the hands of our technicians. Skis and snowboards are waxed and sharpened, and boots are systematically dried and disinfected to offer you perfect comfort and glide.
Have you gotten a taste for gliding and want to keep the equipment for a few more days? It's often possible! Contact your pick-up store directly before the end of your initial rental to check availability and extend your contract.
