Design and materials
The Chilli Pro Scooter 4000 is built with a 7003 aluminium deck and 7005 aluminium forks to optimise weight-to-strength ratio (total weight 3.4 kg). The 4130 steel handlebar provides high resistance during tricks, while 2-bolt clamps ensure secure retention of components.
Riding performance
Fitted with 110 mm PU 88A wheels and ABEC 9 bearings, the scooter delivers a smooth ride, good acceleration and precise control for performing tricks in skateparks or on the street.

With an overall height of 77 cm and a 53 cm handlebar, the scooter suits riders approximately 110–150 cm tall. The deck (50 x 11.5 cm) offers a stable standing area, suitable for children and teens between 6 and 12 years.
