The E-HORNET 2 is designed to carry up to 2 bikes without any additional kit, for a maximum load of 40 kg. Easy to mount, with great stability thanks to its conical clamping system. The quick-release ratchet straps and unique cradle design make loading bikes fast and simple. Specially built for e-bikes, it can handle bikes with a wheelbase up to 134 cm in 29'', easily secured using its locking clamp system.
The patented conical fixing system fits all 50 mm diameter tow balls. Simple, fast, and efficient. The system can be locked and secured with the locking button. This system is one of the few that meets the strictest safety standards.
Wheel supports adapt to all wheelbases, even very small children’s bikes. System secured by a locking button.
The clamps are large enough to fit most bike frames. Highly durable nylon clamps. Each clamp is equipped with a locking button.
Truly easy to tilt, well balanced during the tilting phase, and tilts far enough to allow boot access.
Ramp available as an accessory, very useful for transporting electric bikes, avoiding the need to lift 25–30 kg by hand.
Equipped with 6-function lights and a 13-pin plug.
The maximum load you can carry is also determined by the weight capacity of your tow bar; you must check that you do not exceed this before using a tow ball-mounted bike rack. Requires a clearance of 65 mm between the centre of the tow ball and the rear of the vehicle. If you have a 7-pin socket, the reversing light and fog light will not function. The 7-pin plug is not wired for these functions. Does not allow opening of the tailgate for van-type vehicles (VW Transporter, Citroën Berlingo, Peugeot Partner, Renault Master, etc.).
