Size guide: Helmet sizes are based on head circumference in cm. For example, the indication is "48-52" for small. To measure head circumference, use a soft measuring tape or a string about two fingers wide above the eyebrows where the circumference is largest, once around the head. Since a cycling helmet shouldn't be too tight and each helmet has an adjustment system, you can choose the size of the helmet (S, M, L, XL...) up to 1 cm larger for a comfortable fit.
