The ball is made from durable PVC/synthetic rubber, designed for regular use and long service life. Its construction supports high loads (up to 500 kg) while providing a comfortable, non-slip surface for sitting and exercising.
Three diameters are offered: 55 cm (recommended for ≤ 1.60 m), 65 cm (recommended for ≤ 1.80 m) and 75 cm (for taller people). Choosing the right size optimises posture, stability and exercise effectiveness.
Ideal for muscle strengthening (back and abdominals), rehabilitation, support during pregnancy, Pilates and as an active office seat. Regular use promotes better posture, reduces back tension and improves core stability.
The ball comes with a pump/hand pump for simple and quick inflation. The valve makes deflation and transport easy. Its light weight when empty allows easy movement between training spaces or the office.
Available in six colours (blue, grey, fuchsia/pink, black, red, green) and multiple sizes, the ball combines functionality and aesthetics to fit different environments (gym, rehab clinic, office or home).
