The new JetSpeed FT2 stick was specifically designed for the speed of the modern game and features a hybrid kickpoint, R-shape, and the new JF-80 blade. The hybrid kickpoint creates a powerful hinge effect, allowing the player to optimally load the shaft without the stick twisting. The JetSpeed R-shape offers a unique combination of comfort and control, while the JF-80 blade features a special dampened core material for an optimal balance of light weight and feel. The JetSpeed FT2 is constructed from top to bottom of Sigmatex ST, and our new, advanced X-Flow molding technology reduces the weight by 10 grams compared to the JetSpeed stick with a flex of 85, while also improving durability. Kickpoint: Hybrid kickpoint. The hinge effect of the new kickpoint concentrates the load zone, providing an optimal combination of speed and responsiveness. Blade: JF-80 blade with dampened core technology. The super-lightweight blade with a dampened core, grippy surface, and reinforced heel/toe area offers a unique combination of low weight, great feel, and consistency. Shaft design: JetSpeed shaft with dual concave dimensions. The R-Geometry creates rounded corners, concave sides, and a streamlined shape from top to bottom—for an extremely comfortable and high-performing stick. Shaft technology: X-Flow Technology. This advanced molding technology eliminates excess resin and air pockets, improving shaft quality, consistency, and durability while reducing the overall weight of the stick. Material: Sigmatex. This high-performance fabric was developed specifically for CCM by a world-leading aerospace technology company and features an innovative weaving process that delivers low weight, strength, and elasticity.
