Jaeger Sports exercise program
The J-Bands are an integral part of the "Jaeger Sports Arm Care Program" and the "Throwing Program." The program includes 11 steps (forearm extensions overhead, lateral extensions, diagonal movements, front/back flies, internal/external rotations, high rotations, throws) specially formulated to balance, strengthen and condition the rotator cuff and adjacent muscles.
Injury prevention and recovery
Regular use of the J-Bands reduces injury risk during throwing by strengthening the muscle groups involved. The exercises also promote better endurance and shorter recovery times, contributing to a longer, healthier sporting career.
Technical specs and safety
The band features stronger tension intended for players aged 13 and over. Usage tips: perform the exercises before playing (or 3–5 days/week in the off-season), sets of 25 repetitions, check attachment clip placement and do not stretch the band beyond 30–60 cm of its original length.
