Usage and benefits
The J-Bands are intended for baseball and softball players as well as athletes performing strength training, cross training and cardio. Regular use strengthens the rotator cuff and surrounding muscles, reduces injury risk and improves throwing speed and power.
Jaeger exercise programme
The kit includes the Jaeger training protocol composed of 11 movements: forearm extensions overhead, lateral extensions, diagonal extensions, front and rear flies, internal/external rotations (including high variants), and forward and reverse throwing exercises. This programme targets balance, strength and specific shoulder conditioning.
Instructions for use
The exercises are designed to be performed before practice or 3 to 5 times per week during inactive periods. Typical recommendation: one set of 25 repetitions per exercise. Check the position of the attachment clip before each exercise and avoid placing it in line with the neck, face or head.
Safety and limits
The J-Band is not a toy and must be used only for the intended exercises. Do not stretch the band beyond 30 to 60 cm of its initial length. Follow the instructions to prevent injury and ensure durable use.
