Sizes and choosing the right one
Available in 55, 65, 75 and 85 cm; choose the ball size according to the user's height for optimal comfort: 55 cm (156–165 cm), 65 cm (166–178 cm), 75 cm (178–188 cm) and 85 cm (>188 cm). The 75 cm size offers a good compromise for taller people seeking stability and range of motion.
Uses and benefits
