The Primo cycling helmet is manufactured using the In-Moulding system, combining an expanded polystyrene (EPS) inner shell with a polycarbonate (PC) outer shell to maximize athlete safety. The position and size of the 10 front ventilation openings are designed to ensure optimal aerodynamics and constant ventilation inside the helmet during all cycling outings. The 6 rear ventilation openings direct airflow and significantly increase ventilation by dissipating heat. Weighing only 230 g, this helmet offers comfort and lightness that will satisfy even the most demanding athletes. The inner padding, made with a honeycomb structure and a variable thickness 3D fabric of 5 to 8 mm, guarantees a perfect fit while ensuring protection and ventilation. Thanks to the new Fitting Foam technology, the Primo helmet provides a new level of comfort with its soft, responsive material that isolates the forehead from the EPS shell, significantly reduces vibrations, and enhances safety by keeping the helmet more stable. The Up-Fit system allows for micrometric adjustments of the helmet's width and height combined with Ergo-Light straps for a perfect fit that adapts to your movements like a second skin.
