The Primo bicycle helmet is made using the In-Moulding system, combining an inner expanded polystyrene (EPS) shell with an outer polycarbonate (PC) shell to maximize athlete safety. The position and size of the 10 front air vents are designed for optimal aerodynamics and constant ventilation inside the helmet during all cycling outings. The 6 rear air vents direct airflow and significantly enhance ventilation by dissipating heat. With a lightweight design, it satisfies even the most demanding athletes. The interior padding, featuring a honeycomb structure and three-dimensional fabric varying in thickness from 5 to 8 mm, ensures a perfect fit while providing protection and ventilation. Thanks to the new Fitting Foam technology, the Primo helmet offers enhanced comfort with its soft, responsive material insert that isolates the forehead from the EPS shell, considerably reducing vibrations and improving safety by keeping the helmet stable. The Up-Fit system allows for micrometric adjustment of the helmet's width and height, combined with Ergo-Light straps for a perfect fit that adapts to your movements like a second skin.
