The PRIMO bike helmet is made using In-Moulding technology, combining an expanded polystyrene (EPS) inner shell with a polycarbonate (PC) outer shell for maximum athlete safety. The position and size of the 10 front ventilation openings are designed for optimal aerodynamics and consistent airflow inside the helmet during rides. The 6 rear ventilation openings direct airflow and significantly improve ventilation by releasing heat. Weighing 230 g, the comfort and lightness satisfy even the most demanding athletes. The internal padding with a honeycomb structure, combined with three-dimensional fabric ranging from 5 to 8 mm thickness, ensures a perfect fit while providing protection and ventilation. With the new Fitting Foam technology, the PRIMO helmet offers a new level of comfort thanks to its soft, responsive insert that isolates the forehead from the EPS shell, significantly reduces vibrations, and enhances safety by keeping the helmet in a more stable position. The Up-Fit system allows micrometric adjustment of the helmet's width and height, combined with Ergo-Light straps for a perfect fit that adapts to your movements like a second skin.
