Carbon monocoque frame produced using advanced Double Mold Monocoque Technology (DMMT). This process increases structural strength by up to 20% without adding weight, while precise carbon fiber alignment ensures stiffness is applied exactly where needed. In size M, the raw frame weighs just 985 g, providing a clear advantage when climbing, accelerating, and maintaining speed over long distances.
Aerodynamic, Integrated Design
The aerodynamic efficiency of the 8AVIO ULTIMATE is enhanced through a clean, fully integrated design. The IRC (Internal Routing Cables) system routes all cables internally, improving airflow and giving the bike a sleek, modern aesthetic. The Ultimate Carbon Aero seatpost with integrated clamp further reduces drag while maintaining comfort and compliance.
The front end features a 1.5″ integrated head tube paired with a tapered carbon fork weighing only 390 g. Combined with the PressFit 86 mm bottom bracket, this setup delivers sharp steering response, excellent torsional stiffness, and rock-solid stability during high-speed riding, cornering, and descents.
