The Spider ZT Max is the logical evolution of the Spider Stability platform – an ultra-high MOI mallet putter for players seeking maximum Spider stability without compromise. No distractions, just uncompromising performance on the green.
Spider Stability
An extremely high MOI (moment of inertia) starts with the right materials in the right places. Four heavy corner weights frame and stabilize the perimeter of the lightweight, aerospace-grade aluminum clubhead. This shifts the mass as far outward as possible from the center. The result is a putter head that is particularly resistant to twisting during the putting stroke, consistently returning the face to a precise right angle with the ball.
Designed from the ground up
The KBS CT Putter 120 Steel Stepless Black PVD shaft is inserted directly towards the toe near the center of gravity and features 2° shaft lean and 34 mm onset behind the face. This design creates a stable toe-up alignment that promotes a repeatable and consistent putting stroke. A subtle curve in the forged aluminum sole plate behind the center of gravity ensures the putter sits cleanly and flat on the ground. Three TSS weights complete the design and optimize both swing weight and toe-up alignment.
Designed for the moment of truth
At impact, the black Pure Roll™ insert, crafted from a combination of Surlyn and aluminum, delivers a softer feel and controlled sound. The 45° angled grooves promote optimal forward spin from the first contact. On the face, the milled True Path™ alignment provides even greater precision: The milled lines precisely match the width of a golf ball, facilitating accurate alignment with the center of the face – putt after putt.
