The customer has 48 hours to report any problems with the receipt of the order. After this period, no claims will be accepted and the bicycle will be deemed to have arrived correctly and with all its accessories.

Store in a dry place. Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. We recommend periodically checking the brakes, transmission, chainring, and chain. Also, remember that each Flebi model has a recommended tire pressure, which you can find in the bike manual. Protect your battery from inclement weather. It is recommended to charge the battery even when you are not using the bike (at At least once a month).
The bicycle is delivered 100% assembled and ready for use. (You will only need to check the tire pressure and install the pedals.)
Warranty
As of January 1, 2022, the warranty for all products purchased in Spain and Portugal is 3 years, for both the bicycle and the battery (as long as it is a manufacturing defect, not due to misuse). For the rest of Europe, the applicable warranty is 2 years. No warranty applies to:
-The battery warranty: as it is a consumable, wear and tear or improper use will not be covered by the warranty.
-The replacement of consumables subject to normal wear and tear (battery, lights, fuses, inner tubes, tires, bearings, brake pads, chain, spokes, etc.)
-Abnormal use of the products
-Faulty accessories (power cables, etc.)
