COMFORT, EFFICIENCY, CONTROL: The newly redesigned R5 nylon outsole offers comfort and a moderate level of stiffness for efficient pedaling. In addition, the cleat positioning is slightly further back than traditional settings to optimize pedaling efficiency and reduce knee compression.
