What are dynamic loads?
This tent needs a 75 kg load capacity, a so-called "dynamic" load, i.e. when the vehicle is moving.
Restrictions on use & safety 2/2
Do not use any accessories other than those supplied with the tent. Always set up the tent on a level surface so that it is stable. Do not install on vehicles with a sunroof. Do not pitch the tent facing the wind. Keep the instructions accessible.
How do you open the tent?
Unclip the 4 latcges, push the shell to the passenger side. Go to the driver’s side, remove the red strap, and push the shell. Tip up the 2 boards, then connect the ladder to the side of the car. Adjust its height and secure the bars before starting the installation.
What are static loads?
When the vehicle is stationary, the maximum static load capacity is much higher. Indeed, when installed and stopped, your roof rack can be supported, as well as the weight of people inside (200 kg max load in the roof tent)

Cooler and darker for better sleep! Fresh & Black is a patented Decathlon technology that reflects the sun’s rays and insulates from light thanks to the specific materials used, reducing the feeling of warmth and making the tent darker inside!
What is the Nufix binding system?
This is the exclusive patented system by Naïtup to quickly attach the tent to the roof rack. Anti-theft device and spacing of the jaws compatible with all roof racks. Carefully look at the pitching video tutorial and/or the instructions for all assembly details.
The result of an exclusive collaboration
This Quechua x NaïtUp rooftop tent is the result of a collaboration between 2 French experts in the field of the rooftop tent, Naïtup and Quechua. The shared expertise of each person has allowed us to develop a very compact, quick and easy to pitch rooftop tent.
First pitching of tent
Takes 10 minutes to set up for the first time. The tools provided allow you to adjust the Nufix system. A screwdriver makes the job easier. We recommend having 4 people to install the tent on the roof rack. Watch the assembly tutorial video and/or carefully read the instructions
What does the product contain?
- 1 tent (frame + bedroom + shell) - 1 built-in foam mattress - 1 aluminium ladder and cover - 4 NuFix kits - 1 shoe pocket - 1 screwdriver and its extension for NuFix

The roof top tent is sold alone. We have designed additional products for the use of this Quechua x NaïtUp roof top tent: - connected awning (reference: 8913906) - anti-condensation mattress underlay (reference: 8853722) - fitted sheet (reference: 8853723)
Compatible with roof racks
Compatible with ISO11154 certified roof bars to bear loads greater than 75 kg (dynamic weight). The usable width is 74.5 cm, and the distance between the roof and the top of the roof bar must be over 8.5 cm. Restrictions on use & safety 1/2
Caution: NEVER GET INTO THE TENT IF THE LADDER BARS ARE NOT LOCKED IN PLACE. FALL HAZARD. (see instructions) Do not use the ladder for anything other than its intended purpose. Do not drive with the tent up. Do not use if the 4 latches are locked.
