2-year warranty
Our 2 year warranty (starting from the date of purchase) means we will support you with any defective item that does not live up to our standards of quality and unbeatable value.
Our HQ in Passy, Haute Savoie, puts Quechua at the centre of outdoor culture, where our passionate design teams regularly rub shoulders with hikers, campers and adventurers like you.
Fabrics optimised for the rigours of life outdoors
We put all our products through rigorous testing. In the case of the SH500 Fleece, we check the fabric’s resistance to pilling, discolouration and repeated washing. The test we use to do this is called the Martindale test, which exposes a sample of the fabric to repeated friction.
Thermally efficient
We carry out two types of thermal testing: fleece material and thermal mannequin in a thermal chamber. These tests reproduce the conditions you experience on the mountain (wind, humidity, temperature), helping us validate our design and adjust the thermal insulation.
