Delivery times

Some of our products are stored in our Swiss warehouse, while the rest are spread across our European warehouses.

❯ Delivery within 1 working day from our Swiss warehouse if the order is placed before 3pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
❯ Delivery in 2 working days from our Swiss warehouse if the order is placed after 3pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
❯ Delivery in 10 working days if the product is in our European warehouses

What is a marketplace product?

Decathlon Partner products are offered by external sellers via our decathlon.ch website. They are therefore only available online and not in our stores.

All our prices include customs duties and VAT.

Details of delivery methods

Order online and collect free of charge from our stores in Switzerland! If the products are available directly in your Decathlon store, you can pick up your product in about 1 hour (depending on your store's opening hours). Your order will be held in store for 48h.

If the products are not in stock in the store, they will be delivered from our warehouses according to the delivery times indicated on our website. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the product is ready for collection. Simple, fast and free! Your order will be held in store for 14 days.

Good to know : All bikes are collected ready to ride.

Home delivery and assembly

Order online and receive your products at home. Our products are delivered by Swiss Post or DPD.

Large parcel delivery

Swiss Post delivers large parcels against signature on the sidewalk in front of the building.If you give a cell phone number, the appointment will be made by sms. If you enter a landline telephone number, the appointment will be made by telephone. The carrier does not deliver to the upper or lower floors of an address. Assembly of your products is not included. Delivery of the room of your choice is optional.

Home delivery and assembly

If this additional service is available for the chosen product, it will be proposed when choosing the delivery method. Our partner Planzer will contact you by sms or email to set up an appointment within one working day of dispatch of your order. It is important to provide a valid telephone number. The price of this service is not included in the product price.

Frequently asked questions

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have chosen Click&Collect delivery to one of our stores, you will receive an email when the parcel is ready for collection. You can also check the status of your order in your customer account.

Why is the delay 10 days when it was initially 2 days?

The majority of our products are stocked in Switzerland, enabling us to offer a 2-day lead time. If you have several products in your basket, you can check the delivery time for each product. If one of your products shows a 10-day lead time, it may be that your entire parcel will be delivered within 10 days.

Why do I have to pay more than one delivery charge?

Decathlon also offers products sold and shipped by our partners. In this case, delivery methods, times and rates are specific to each partner. You can recognize a Decathlon partner product by the words "sold and shipped by" on the product page.

If I order on Friday after 3pm or on the weekend, when will I receive my order?

Friday orders after 3pm and weekend orders will be delivered on Tuesday if all items in the order are available in our Swiss warehouse.
