What is a marketplace product?

Decathlon Partner products are offered by external sellers via our decathlon.ch website. They are therefore only available online and not in our stores. Our partners are selected with the greatest care by our teams and respect our corporate values. You can recognize a Decathlon partner product by the words "sold and shipped by" on the product page.

Why has DECATHLON opted for a marketplace?

Our aim remains unchanged: to make sport accessible to everyone, and to help everyone feel good every day. That's why we want to offer you an even wider range of products for sport, well-being and fitness. And as there's room for everyone, we've chosen to rely on partners carefully selected by our teams, to offer you the best products and guarantee the best possible experience. We make sure that the brands we work with meet our exacting specifications.

Where can I find partner products?

All over the site. And for you, it's super transparent: to know at a glance if the product is sold by a partner, you'll find the mention "sold and shipped by".

How does it work?

The idea behind a marketplace is to bring together several partners under one roof. And each has its own organization! Delivery methods, times and rates therefore vary from one partner to another.

  1. I select the product I like. If it is sold by a partner, this is indicated on the product sheet. I add it to my basket.
  2. I validate my basket and choose my delivery method for each partner (one delivery per partner).
  3. Only the invoice payment method is not available for our partner products. Apart from that, nothing else has changed!
  4. I follow the delivery progress on my account. I receive delivery information by e-mail and/or SMS. Each partner manages its own shipment. I receive one parcel per partner. If I choose a product Decathlon, it will also be sent separately.

What about returns?

We do not accept returns of partner products in our stores, nor in our warehouse Decathlon. You return your items in their original packaging directly to our partners, with the return slip and label enclosed in your parcel. Return conditions, including potential costs, are defined by our partners and can be consulted in their general terms and conditions of sale. If you have not received a label, please contact Decathlon customer service. In general, refunds are made within 15 working days of receipt of the parcel in our partner's warehouse. What about the return period? You have 30 days to return items (new and unused) that are not to your liking. For an exchange, you return the unsuitable item and place a new order.

ARE MY ITEMS DELIVERED TOGETHER IF THEY COME FROM DIFFERENT PARTNERS?

No. Our partners prepare and ship their products. You receive one parcel per partner. Delivery times and costs vary from one partner to another and are indicated by each of our partners.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DELIVERY CHARGE FOR THE DELIVERY OF A DECATHLON PARTNER PRODUCT?

As the sale and shipment of the partners' products are managed directly by them, each partner has its own shipping costs. The seller's general terms and conditions will apply. Shipping costs are displayed when selecting the shipping method in the order process. If you purchase products from different partners, shipping costs are calculated per partner.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY DELIVERY CHARGES TWICE?

Shipping costs are doubled in your shopping cart, which means that you have items from two different suppliers. So if you buy a Decathlon product and a partner product, you may be charged different delivery costs.

CAN I PICK UP PARTNER PRODUCTS IN-STORE?

No, simply because our partners ship their products themselves. We have no in-store stock.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARTNER ORDER?

If you have not yet received your delivery, please check your order tracking first. The tracking number is sent to you by e-mail with the shipment confirmation. If the shipment is blocked by the delivery partner, please contact our customer service Decathlon.

WHAT CAN I DO IF THE RETURN OF MY PARTNER PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED?

First check that your parcel has been received by the seller and that the return has been made to the correct address. Please note that partner returns must be made directly to the partner, not to Decathlon. If the return has been made correctly and to the right address, please contact our customer service Decathlon with your proof of return.
