For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. Returns are possible within 30 days from the date on which the order was delivered by the carrier. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and, where possible, complete, clean and accompanied by all accessories supplied and the corresponding documentation. If the package does not contain a return label: Log in to your customer account on decathlon.ch and click on “My purchases”. Click on the order you wish to return. Under “Order details”, click on “Create a return/exchange”. You can then request a return label/additional instructions from the seller. Within 48 business hours, our customer service will provide you with all the information required to make the return. If a return label is included: Pack the items securely in the original box.
