Guarantee modality

For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. If the parcel does not contain a return label: Log in to your customer account on decathlon.ch and click on ‘My purchases’. Click on the order you wish to return. Under ‘Order details’, you can click on ‘Create a return/exchange’. There, you can request a return label or further instructions from the seller. Within 48 working hours, our customer service team will send you all the necessary information for the return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack the items securely in their original packaging. 2. Stick the return label onto the parcel in a clearly visible place. 3. Send the parcel to the return address given above.
