To return a product, please register your return in your Decathlon customer account under “My Purchases.” Standard returns: You cover the return shipping costs for standard parcels (e.g. smaller products). We will send you an unfranked return label. With this label, you save CHF 1.50 on shipping costs at the Swiss Post. Bulky item returns: For bulky items (e.g. particularly heavy or large products), we will either organize the return shipping for you or send you a suitable return label. A return fee of CHF 49.– applies, which will be deducted directly from your refund. Example: For a product priced at CHF 200.–, we will refund CHF 151.–. Important note: Please make sure the item is in perfect condition and include all necessary documents inside the package.
