Any signs of wear, use, washing, stains, odors, or damage may lead to a refusal of the return. Information on the packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging (box/dust bag/tags/protective elements if applicable). The original packaging must be intact and suitable for resale. Please place the original packaging inside a shipping carton; do not tape directly on the product box/packaging. If there is no return label included in the parcel: Go to your customer account on decathlon.ch and then click on “My purchases”. Select the order you wish to return. Under “Order details”, click on “Create a return/exchange”. You will then be able to request a return label and/or additional instructions from the seller. Within 48 business hours, our customer service team will provide you with all the necessary information to complete your return. If a return label is included: 1. Pack your items securely in the original box. 2. Attach the return label in a visible place on the parcel. 3. Send the parcel to the return address indicated above.
For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
