Once requested, we will upload a non-prepaid return label in Mirakl, which the customer will receive by email. The customer will then pay the shipping costs directly at the post office. With the provided label, the customer benefits from a CHF 1.50 discount on the shipping costs.
Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.

For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products.
