What is the inner tent height and surface area of the living area?
7.9 sqm living area with an inner tent height of 2.10 m. This tent includes several accessories: - A foldaway basin-shape zipped groundsheet at the entrance in case of rain - Transparent shuttered window - Shuttered mosquito net window - Storage pockets in the bedrooms and living room
How wide is this tent’s sleeping area?
The large bedroom in this tent is intended to accommodate a maximum of three 70 cm wide mattresses. The small bedroom is intended to accommodate a maximum of two 70 cm wide mattresses. The partition between the 2 bedrooms is removable.
How do I set up and take down my tent?
Inflatable, all-in-one structure with pre-assembled bedrooms and flysheet. Using our Quechua Ultim Comfort pump (ref. 8601387) with built-in pressure gauge (not included), we recommend you inflate the tubes to 7 PSI. We advise that it’s easier for two people to pitch this tent, though it can be pitched alone. Floor surface area with guy ropes: 31m2
Fresh & Black technology
Cooler and darker for better sleep! Fresh & Black is a technology patented by Decathlon that allows us to reflect the sun's rays and insulate from the light thanks to specific materials. To get the most out of this technology, don't forget to ventilate your tent at night!
How does air circulate inside this tent?
The ventilated flysheet over the living room lets you ventilate and limit condensation inside your tent. In each room: a high ventilation flap on the outside and a large low ventilation hatch on the inside. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.
Is this tent fully waterproof?
To check that it is waterproof, the tent was placed for three hours under a 200L shower of water per hour, equivalent to a tropical shower of 200mm per hour. The flysheet is made from 2,000mm Schmerber PU coated polyester and all seams are sealed with thermobonded tape.
Is this tent windproof?
We test all our tents in a wind tunnel on a turntable. The aim is to expose each side of our tent to the same wind intensity. Properly pitched, with the guy ropes deployed, this tent remains habitable in wind speed 7, measured at around 60 km/h.
Poles and tent pegs
Inflatable poles - All our inflatable poles have a two-layer arch structure: a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) air chamber and a 600-denier polyester cover*. Living room reinforcement - There's an aluminium bar in the living room to stiffen the structure. Tent pegs - All our pegs are made of steel and have a diameter of 6 mm. 6 ground pegs are included. *600 denier indicates a weight of 600 g for 9 m length.
How to care for your tent
Our camping tents have been designed for occasional outdoor use (4 weeks per year). These products are not classified as “garden furniture” and aren’t designed to be left outdoors permanently. Continuous exposure to UV rays can damage the fabric section. To ensure the optimal lifespan of your tent, it’s important to store it in a dry place when not in use.
