The Patrol 80 is comfortable on all types of slopes, for skiers looking to improve their technique and who want to ski whatever the conditions. Its construction offers excellent curve stability and easy pivoting, so you can feel confident and improve your technique.
What are the camber and rockers like?
The shape of this ski has short rockers at the front and light ones at the back, improving initiation in turns, on all types of snow and allowing you to pivot easily. This is an ideal shape to improve your level.
What are the sidecut dimensions of this ski?
126/81/114 in 151cm 126/81/114 in 159cm 126/81/114 in 167cm, radius = 14m These are the widths of the tip (front of the ski), the waist (middle) and the tail (rear). A wide tip makes it easier to turn, while a narrow waist grips better on hard snow.
How is the Patrol 80 built?
The Patrol 80 follows the ‘Cap/sandwich structure’ construction with ABS edging under the width to boost the energy incorporated into the tip. Its ABS heel absorbs ground contours. High molecular weight sole.

What are the bindings?
LOOK bindings, Xpress XP W 10 GW model in white. GripWalk compatible, Din 3 to 10. Suitable for ski boots with a sole length between 261 mm and 327 mm.
Is this ski sturdy?
The end of the tip is made of aluminium and the tail reinforcement is in ABS for greater strength. The topsheet (upper coating) is composed of reinforced areas where the skis can cross over, for greater durability over time.
How are these skis made?
Ready-to-use waxed and sharpened skis. Edges sharpened to 89°.

What is a camber?
On the ground, the points of contact between the ski and the snow are near the tip and tail, while the centre (under the bindings) rises slightly (this is the camber). The longer and higher the camber, the greater the edge grip and more responsive the ski. The lower the camber, the more forgiving the skis and the better the handling.
What is a rocker?
It is the tip and tail that lift off the ground. By recentering the points of contact between the skis and the ground, this shortens the amount of time that the skis touch the snow and improves handling / lift in soft snow. The longer the rocker, the better the handling of the ski.
