ROCKRIDER bikes undergo thorough testing at our design centre in the valley of Mont-Blanc. They’re then taken for final tests on the trails.
Testing in the field
To make sure every ROCKRIDER product excels in its environment, after our designers and engineers are happy, we give them to a team of riders to put them to the test along real-life trails through wet, gravel, mud and grass. Our riders pay special attention to quality, traction and handling, and we make our final adjustments based on their feedback.
Bike repairs
Even with regular maintenance, it's common for some components to wear over time. Most bike repairs are relatively easy, so it's useful to have a few key tools so you can get back to riding again quickly. Some tools are specific to bike parts (a chain whip/cassette removal tool) and others are more common (Allen keys). However, if you do not feel comfortable doing a repair yourself, you can take your bike to your local Decathlon workshop where our technicians will be happy to help.
