Store the bike in a clean, dry place. Clean and grease the chain regularly. Our tips for before each ride: inflate the tyres to the pressure indicated on the sidewall.
All B’TWIN products are first tested in our lab in Lille before being put to the test outdoors, in the same terrain and conditions they’ll be used in.
Quality testing
To guarantee durability, our bikes undergo rigorous mechanical tests. For example, to check the strength of a fork, we simulate the same compression movement 150,000 times, recreating years of use in just a few days.
Tested and EN-71 approved
After lab testing, every B’TWIN kids’ bike is tried out by children and their parents in real play environments. This bike meets the EN-71 certification, the European safety standard for toys and products intended for children under 14, helping to reduce the risk of injury.
Lifetime frame warranty
BTWIN provides a lifetime warranty on the frame, handlebars and stem of this bike under normal conditions of use. All other parts have a two-year warranty.
When you start riding your bike, some components will move slightly. It's for that reason that we offer a free check of your hybrid bike six months after purchase.
