Get started quickly with your exercise ball
Step 1: Let the ball rest at room temperature for 2 hours. This will make it easier to inflate.
Step 2: Inflate the ball to 80%. Let it rest for 24 hours with the plug inserted.
Step 3: Fully inflate the ball and measure the diameter. Make sure the ball is the correct diameter.
Step 4: Sit on the ball with your knees slightly bent (about 90 degrees) and feet flat. Add or drain air until sitting is comfortable and stable.
Step 5: After fully inflating, push the plug back into the hole. The ball is ready.
