To return a product, register your return in your Decathlon customer account under “My Purchases.” Standard returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for standard parcels (packages up to 30 kg). We will send you an unpaid return label. This allows you to save CHF 1.50 on shipping costs with Swiss Post. Bulky item returns: For returns of heavier items, we offer the following return solution. We organize the pickup and charge a return fee of CHF 49.–, which will be deducted directly from the refund amount. Example: For a product price of CHF 200.–, we will refund CHF 151.–. Important: The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging in order for a refund to be issued – please see the return conditions.
Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.
In the original condition (i.e. unused) with the original packaging intact, within 30 days after delivery – after this period, the right to exchange expires. Please include the delivery note or a copy of it in the package.
Warranty Services The warranty period for new devices begins on the date of purchase – the purchase receipt is decisive (please keep it safe). To provide our service during the warranty period, we require a copy of the dated proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the first purchaser. If a warranty claim exists and the defect cannot be resolved with the help of the retailer or the isports AG service center via telephone or other off-site measures, the device or the defective part will be repaired or replaced. Compensation or any other form of replacement is excluded. If the device or defective part is no longer available, isports AG may fulfill the warranty by providing a similar and equivalent device or part. The supply of spare parts or a repair does not extend the warranty period. The delivery of a replacement device does not start a new warranty period. Any modifications to the devices that were not agreed upon with isports AG will void the warranty. All assembly instructions must be strictly followed, especially regarding assembly, installation location, safety, use, and maintenance. Failure to comply will result in loss of warranty. Warranty services in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are limited to devices imported and distributed by isports AG. Exclusions from Warranty Repair or replacement of wear parts (batteries, V-belts, handlebar covers, adjustment mechanisms, etc.) Second-hand or pre-owned devices If proof of purchase cannot be provided (receipt, invoice, or sales slip) Defects caused by improper or unintended use, or any modifications not agreed with isports AG. This includes: Ignoring operating and training instructions Insufficient care or maintenance Corrosion or oxidation due to moisture or sweat Improper transport, storage, or use outside of residential areas (e.g., garage, conservatory, balcony, sauna, indoor pool, or similar humid environments) Intentional or negligent damage Minor defects that do not affect the usability of the device Force majeure or improper transport Incorrect usage, overloading, or misuse of the device is not covered by the warranty. The intended usage (home use, semi-commercial use, or full commercial use such as gym use) is specified in the detailed warranty information in the “Warranty” section of each device. Devices not imported by isports AG (grey imports) are explicitly excluded from the warranty in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Items up to 32 kg are delivered by DPD within 1 working day. Items over 32 kg are delivered by Planzer within 1–3 working days.
