Asics Gel-Trabuco 11 GTX
In search of perfection
After more than ten years of development, Asics may have finally hit the mark. The goal: to design a trail running shoe that is both highly performant and comfortable, allowing athletes to run longer, faster, and higher. While the Trabuco 11 retains the fundamentals of the historic model — premium comfort and lightweight design — it improves what can be improved, now offering softer cushioning and better grip.
Technology has evolved. Whereas previous versions used simple FlyteFoam, this new generation features FlyteFoam Blast, one of the most advanced foams currently available. It is softer, more flexible, and more comfortable, yet remains highly dynamic. Present from heel to forefoot, it allows fast transitions from foot strike to push-off.
The outsole has also been redesigned. The lugs no longer have the profile of previous versions. With a different shape, they provide exceptional grip on both wet and dry terrain. This is the Asics Grip system, refined over the years. In this Gore-Tex version, the shoe is fully waterproof.
