With a stack height of 46.5 mm (heel) and 38.5 mm (forefoot), the Superblast 3 provides exceptional impact protection and joint relief.
The redesigned outsole features “trampoline pods” in the forefoot, enhancing toe-off efficiency and promoting a smoother, more propulsive ride over long distances.
Premium comfort & nice design
The engineered mesh upper ensures an ideal balance of breathability, support and comfort. The tongue stays securely in place, reducing pressure points.
ASICS also uses a more breathable dyeing process, reducing water consumption and CO₂ emissions without compromising performance.
