The Maxxis ASSEGAI, Greg Minnaar's signature tire, is entirely dedicated to Enduro, combining the best of the Minion, High Roller II, and DHF. It owes its name to the iron-tipped spear used by the Zulu people of South Africa, a fitting name for a tire ready to battle the mountains. Designed to maximize traction, this tire features large side knobs that provide excellent grip on roots. Its 3C MaxGrip compound and knob orientation enhance traction, rolling efficiency, and braking performance. This Tubeless Ready version, which can be used with or without an inner tube, also features an Exo casing on the sidewalls, providing protection against abrasion and tearing. The Wide Trail (WT) version is optimized for rims 30 to 35 mm wide.
