For products purchased on decathlon.ch, a two-year warranty applies from the date of delivery of the products. The warranty is valid as long as it is due to a defect caused by normal use of the product or a manufacturing defect. Depending on the evaluation of the defect that will be carried out by the seller, the product can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Attach all necessary documents for the activation of the warranty or a possible warranty extension (purchase invoice, photos, audio clips, etc.).
Refunds for returned and compliant products will be made within 4 days of the date of receipt of the return by the seller. The refund will be made only on the same payment method used at the time of the order.
Return shipping is at your own expense. If you use our prepaid return label, a return fee up to CHF 7.- will be deducted directly from your refund. Please make sure the item is returned in perfect condition and include all required documents inside the package.
